About Our Staff

GREGORY WATKINS has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 20 years as a producer, director, actor, acting coach and industry consultant. As an actor, he has appeared in many television shows including Matlock, The Young & The Restless, Days of our Lives, Strictly Confidential and Santa Barbara. He has produced may talent showcases with Hollywood and San Diego agents, producers and casting directors, and his expertise in talent development, solid knowledge of the industry and unique ability to bring out the "best" in people have helped numerous aspiring actors realize their career goals.

GINA WATKINS has U.S. and International experience in producing, casting, career management, and industry consulting. She has produced successful talent showcases with top Hollywood and San Diego agents, producers and casting directors including New Line Cinema, HBO, Showtime, Fox TV, Unsolved Mysteries and several feature films. She has a Masters Degree in Business and a Bachelor Degree in Communications. Gina's business acumen and passion to help people, drive her to create maximum career exposure for our actors.

THE COACHING STAFF consists of working actors with over 35 years of combined experience in all aspects of film and television acting, casting, directing, coaching and producing.

	STEPHEN WALTERS is the Studio Director for the Actors Workshop Studios. He has studied acting in both Texas and California, receiving his BA in drama from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is a long time member of SAG. He has worked as a producer, director, and actor for over twenty years. His TV credits include roles in Veronica Mars, Desire: Table of Three, Tremors, The Invisible Man, 18 Wheels of Justice, and a national Levis Straus commercial. A few of his recent movie credits include Two Foreign Guys and How I Met the Lady from the Lake. His many credits on stage include Doody in Grease, Tony in West Side Story, Curly in Oklahoma, Peter in The Diary of Anne Frank, and Thoreau in The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail.
	JERI HOLST has been coaching both adult and youth actors for over ten years. She majored in Theatre and English at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and has appeared in local, regional & national commercials. Her film credits include Skid Marks, directed by Karl Kozak, and Meximan, directed by Justin Halpern. She has co-starred in three sit-com pilots for television and her work on the L.A. Stage in productions of Always, Patsy Cline and Christmas with the Mitchells, which earned her rave reviews and accolades including the ‘Stage Spot’ in Backstage West. Jeri has agency representation and continues to audition and work regularly as an Actor & Director in both San Diego and Los Angeles in addition to her coaching at Actors Workshop Studios.
